With Generation Homes you are the driver and we are your GPS. We guide you through every step of the build. You deal directly with us, the owners and operators of GH - no third parties. Which will help reduce chances of miscommunications and stress.
Are there hidden fees? I’ve heard of people getting a surprise bill right before their house was complete.
At Generation Home’s we give an extremely detailed build package that breaks down all the pricing of your build/project. We also outline if there could be any additional fees (blasting if we hit ledge for foundation, fracking a well, etc.)All of this will be outlined right up front before we even start building!
Do you have financing options available?
We do! In-home financing is available for qualified buyers who would prefer to do without the hassle of a construction loan. We also work directly with many lenders that we trust to get you the right financing for your position. We’d be happy to give you some referrals to a few local lenders we love!
